The terms for using this site
and working with Orion 3 Media.
These terms describe how this website works, how project relationships are formed, and what you can expect from Orion 3 Media. The language is plain on purpose. If something here is unclear, reach out and ask.
1. Introduction
Orion 3 Media is a creative and technical studio based in Hollywood, California, United States. The studio focuses on web and ecommerce builds, video production, music for video, and full artist song production.
When this page refers to "Orion 3 Media," "we," or "us," it is talking about the studio. When it refers to "you," it is talking about anyone who visits this site, sends a message, or works with Orion 3 Media as a client.
These terms apply to your use of this website and form the high level frame around any project work we do together. Individual projects may also use written proposals or agreements that add more specific details.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this site, sending a message through a form here, or engaging Orion 3 Media for work, you agree that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this site or begin a working relationship through it.
If we enter into a separate written agreement for a specific project, that agreement will sit alongside these terms. If there is a conflict between this page and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that project.
3. Appropriate use of this site
This site is intended for adults and for legitimate business use. You agree that you will not use the site to send harmful content, attempt to break security, or interfere with normal operation in any way.
You also agree that any information you send through the contact form or Creative Quote systems will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
4. Quotes, proposals, and project agreements
This site includes forms that collect information about possible projects. Filling out a form or receiving a quote does not create a binding agreement by itself. A project begins only when both sides agree in writing on scope, pricing, and timing. That agreement may be sent as an email confirmation, a proposal document, or an online agreement.
Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time. If the scope, timeline, or requirements change, the quote may need to be updated. We will always talk through those changes with you before extra work is done.
Orion 3 Media reserves the right to decline projects that are not a good fit for the studio, do not match available capacity, or conflict with existing commitments or values.
5. Payments, invoices, and refunds
Payments for services are handled through secure online invoicing and payment processing. This can include credit card payments and other accepted payment methods that are listed on the invoice or payment page. Specific details may vary by project and by client location.
Many projects require a deposit to secure scheduling and begin work. Remaining payments are normally tied to milestones or delivery stages. These details are set out in the proposal or agreement for each project.
Because the work provided is custom creative and technical work, refunds are not automatic. If you ever feel that something is off track, the first step is to talk to us. We will review the situation with you, look at the work completed, and work toward a fair outcome that respects both sides.
6. Intellectual property and ownership
The content on this site, including text, visuals, layouts, and branding elements, belongs to Orion 3 Media or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute this content without written permission, except as needed to view the site in a normal way in your browser.
For client work, ownership of final deliverables is set out in the project agreement. In general, when a project is paid in full, you own the final agreed deliverables that were created for you. Orion 3 Media keeps internal tools, methods, and system templates that may be reused across other projects.
7. Client content and responsibilities
If you provide content such as text, images, audio, video, or code for a project, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and to allow Orion 3 Media to use it as needed to complete the work.
You are responsible for making sure that your content does not infringe the rights of others and does not violate any laws in your location or in the United States. If a third party raises a claim related to content that you supplied, you agree to work with us in good faith to resolve the issue.
8. Third party platforms and links
Many projects use third party platforms, such as hosting providers, ecommerce systems, payment processors, or creative tools. Each of these has its own terms and policies that you may be required to accept separately.
This site may also link to other websites. These links are provided for convenience and context. Orion 3 Media is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third party website or service.
9. Results, performance, and how we work with you
Creative and technical work can support your goals, but no one can honestly promise specific outcomes such as a fixed number of sales, views, or plays. Markets, algorithms, and audience behavior are outside of our direct control.
What Orion 3 Media does commit to is professional effort, clear communication, and thoughtful craft. We will work with you to shape strong inputs and make smart choices that support the best possible result for your situation. If something is not landing for you, we expect to talk about it and refine the work inside the agreed revision structure.
Any examples, case notes, or references on this site are illustrations, not guarantees. Your project and your outcomes will always depend on your specific context and follow through.
10. Limitation of liability
Within the limits of applicable law, Orion 3 Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise out of the use of this site or the services provided. This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
In any case where liability is found, the total amount would be limited to the total fees that you have paid to Orion 3 Media for the project that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove any rights you may have that cannot be limited under the law of your location.
11. Governing law and dispute handling
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the laws of the United States that apply within California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute arises, the first step is to communicate directly and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. If that is not successful, the dispute may be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
12. Changes to these terms
Orion 3 Media may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the site, the services, or applicable law. When that happens, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
If you continue to use the site after changes are posted, you are accepting the updated terms. If a change is significant and you are an active client, we may also highlight it directly in our communication with you.
13. Contact about these terms
If you have questions about this page or how it applies to your situation, you can reach Orion 3 Media using the Contact page on this site or by emailing mail@orion3media.com.
