Getting started Quotes and pricing Timelines and process Revisions and ownership

1. Getting started

Who we are, what we do, and how to make first contact without overthinking it.

  • What kind of studio is Orion 3 Media?

A full stack creative and technical studio that handles video, music, web builds, ecommerce foundations, and brand visuals. Everything is built with the same standard of clarity, quality, and honest communication.

  • What types of projects do you take on right now?

Video production, music for video, full artist song production, web and ecommerce builds, and brand design. If a project needs real creative focus and real execution, it is a fit to discuss.

  • I only have a rough idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. Some of the best work begins with a loose idea and a short paragraph. If you know the goal or the problem, we can help shape the path and fill in the missing pieces.

  • Should I use the Creative Quote Hub or the Contact page?

Use the Creative Quote Hub if you know your project lives in video, music for video, or artist production. Use the Contact page if your project is a mix or if you want a direct conversation first.

  • Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes. Most projects already span multiple time zones. Clear written communication keeps everything in sync.

2. Quotes, pricing, and money

How quoting works, what affects cost, and how payments are structured.

  • How do quotes work at Orion 3 Media?

You answer a focused set of questions. A real person reviews everything and sends a clear, written breakdown of scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. No instant auto pricing.

  • Do you use flat packages or custom pricing?

Custom pricing. Packages look clean but rarely match real projects. We price the work you actually need instead of forcing you into a random tier.

  • Is the quote a final number or an estimate?

It is a firm number for the defined scope. If the scope changes, we talk about that change and agree on an update before anything else moves.

  • Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Deposits secure scheduling and begin the work. The size of the deposit depends on the size and complexity of the project.

  • How are payments handled for longer projects?

Larger projects use milestone payments. Each stage has its own deliverables and its own payment point, so you always know what is coming next. Invoices are handled through secure online payment.

3. Project types and scope

Where video, music, and web projects fit, and what happens with hybrid work.

  • What is the difference between video production, music for video, and artist production?

Video production focuses on visuals. Music for video creates audio that fits motion and story. Artist production builds a full song from rough idea to master. Each path has its own tools and rhythm.

  • Do you build websites and ecommerce systems?

Yes. We work with WordPress and WooCommerce, backed by real planning around products, customers, subscriptions, and operations. The goal is a system that holds up in daily use, not just a theme.

  • Can you work on hybrid projects?

Yes. Many projects mix lanes. For example, video that needs original music and a landing page to send people to. We treat the parts as one connected plan instead of scattered tasks.

  • Do you take on small projects?

Yes. The size is not the main filter. The real questions are whether the goal is clear and whether we are the right fit to reach it.

  • Can you join a project that someone else started?

Yes. We can review what exists, stabilize what is fragile, and move it forward. That might mean refactoring code, tightening a mix, or reshaping visuals for consistency.

4. Timelines and communication

How long projects take, how often you hear from us, and what happens if things change.

  • How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. Small projects can land in days. Larger builds or full productions take weeks. The timeline is realistic and written out before you commit.

  • How do you keep clients updated?

Regular checkpoints with drafts, updates, or proofs. You see progress instead of silence. The format depends on the project, but the principle is the same. No vanishing acts.

  • What happens if something changes during the project?

We look at the impact together. If the scope shifts, we adjust the plan and the numbers before moving ahead. Nothing slides quietly into the background.

  • What is the best way to reach you?

Email is the primary channel because it keeps context and history in one place. Ongoing projects can add faster touch points when it makes sense.

5. Revisions and feedback

How refinement works and how to give feedback that improves the result.

  • How many rounds of revisions are included?

Revisions vary by project type. You receive enough rounds to refine the work without dragging the process into a loop. The exact number is stated in the quote.

  • What counts as a revision?

A revision is a correction or refinement of the agreed idea. A revision is not a completely new direction or a different concept that replaces the original plan.

  • How should I send feedback?

Clear written notes work best. Screenshots, time stamps, and bullet points help. When needed, we can walk through feedback on a call or with a short recorded video review.

  • What if I change direction?

If the project direction changes, we treat that as a new scope. We outline what stays, what changes, and what it means for time and cost before we jump in.

6. Ownership, tools, and fit

What you own, where your project lives, and who tends to work best with this studio.

  • Who owns the final work once the project is complete?

You own the final deliverables once the project is paid in full. We keep internal templates and processes, but the work that is created for you belongs to you.

  • Do I receive source files?

Final exports are always included. Source files are available when they are part of the agreed scope. If you know you need full project files, mention that early so it can be built into the plan.

  • What platforms and tools do you work with?

WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, and custom PHP for web and ecommerce. Standard creative tools for video and audio. The tech is picked to match your project, not the other way around.

  • What kind of clients are a strong fit?

Clients who want clarity, honest communication, and serious creative execution. People who care about the work, respect time, and want to actually ship instead of almost starting forever.

  • Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. NDA projects are welcome. Confidential work is handled with the same care as public campaigns.
